Essential Prerequisites

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.

Responsibilities:
As a pivotal SEN Teacher, you will be instrumental in guiding your students toward success and independence. Your primary tasks will involve curriculum adaptation, student assessment, and multi-agency liaison.
- Develop and deliver dynamic, customised lessons specifically tailored to address the unique learning needs of students with SEN, ensuring inclusive participation and goal attainment.
- Employ rigorous assessment methods to meticulously track student progress and utilise this data to continuously refine instructional strategies.
- Modify learning resources, environments, and activities to guarantee optimal access and engagement for every learner.
- Collaborate seamlessly with teaching assistants, parents, guardians, and external specialists to provide a cohesive and comprehensive network of student support.
