This specialist school supports children and young adults from the age of 6 years with complex and severe special educational needs. Needs supported include SEMH and complex SEN needs. This School's community is incredibly special. They are a truly inclusive school, the school appreciates differences and celebrates individual strengths. In order to learn well, the children and young adults must all feel safe and secure. As such, they have unapologetically high standards for behaviour and conduct, and no tolerance for bullying or discrimination. They are graded by Ofsted as 'Outstanding' for behaviour and safety.
The school is seeking a SEN TA to support the delivery of high quality teaching and learning across multiple subjects to children and young people with specialist needs who may present with challenging behaviours associated with their diagnosis. Some pupils may have multiple learning difficulties. This role is needed on a full time, permanent basis (40 hours a week)m term time only.

Responsibilities:
