The Role
Are you a skilled Electrician who values professional excellence and a supportive team environment? We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Electrician to join our Facilities Management team.
In this role, you'll be ensuring the safety and comfort of our partners and residents across a diverse portfolio. You will handle everything from routine planned maintenance to reactive repairs, playing a vital role in delivering world-class service and contributing to a sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality service and reactive repairs to lighting and power distribution systems.
- Maintain motors, pumps, fan coil units, and HVAC control panels.
- Act as the Appointed Person (AP) Electrical for the contract and manage BMS control systems.
- Strictly adhere to Health & Safety, COSHH, and Waste Disposal regulations.
- Maintain precise asset histories, maintenance records, and helpdesk reports.
- Support on-site personnel and participate in a standard on-call rota.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 NVQ or Diploma in Electrical Installation & Testing (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and AM2 Practical Skills Assessment.
- A proven track record in both electrical installation and maintenance work.
- A valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
- The ability to pass a PVG/Disclosure Check prior to commencement.
