Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30am - 4:00pm (No On-Call)
About The Role:
Are you a skilled and proactive Engineer with a strong background in plumbing and mechanical systems? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our on-site facilities team.

Key Responsibilities:
Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly PPM checks and attend reactive breakdowns, actively triaging issues to ensure a swift resolution.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all statutory records are kept up-to-date and available for inspection. You will have a key hands-on role in the control of legionella, performing regular L8 water hygiene checks and emergency lighting inspections.
Multi-Skilled Duties: Perform basic electrical tasks (commensurate with qualifications), install appliances, repair safety hazards, and maintain plant rooms and common areas.
Operational Support: Liaise with and manage contractors and suppliers, including issuing permits and escorting duties. You will also monitor stock levels, manage deliveries, and assist the Site Team in producing monthly progress reports.
What We Are Looking For:
Essential: NVQ Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering and/or Plumbing.
Essential: Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled maintenance or facilities engineering role.
Desired: Experience working with high-pressure systems.
Desired: Knowledge of TFM (Total Facilities Management) contracts.
Advantageous: Competency in basic electrical tasks.
Skills: A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude. You should be proficient in using IT systems, including Word, Excel, and CAFM software.
