Our client is seeking an experienced Stockroom Supervisor to join their retail team. You will be mainly responsible for maintaining an effective and organised stockroom area and executing store operations with a particular focus on product flow to and from the sales floor. This is a permanent role based in Kildare.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximise sales opportunities through merchandise flow, prioritising the movement of product to the sales floor and managing all inter-store and warehouse inventory movements in a timely manner.
Maintain an effective and safe stockroom environment, ensuring adequate supplies are available, stock protection procedures are followed, and all store policies are met to provide a safe working area.
Guide and train the store team on stockroom processes, identifying improvement opportunities to drive commercial success and collaborating proactively with peers to meet store goals.
Requirements:
Previous stockroom management or people management experience is highly desirable, showing a proven ability to prioritise tasks and drive overall store sales.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal professionally with difficult situations and flexibly adapt to the needs of multiple internal customers.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining a clean stockroom and a desire to seize development opportunities to increase performance.
