Key Requirements- UK Experience: Recent, verifiable teaching experience within a UK primary school setting (minimum 6 months).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Sound knowledge and application of the UK National Curriculum across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
- Classroom Management: Positive, effective behaviour management strategies and the ability to adapt quickly to new learning environments.
- Safeguarding Compliance: An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to complete one through Randstad.
- Reliability: Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a proactive approach to supporting Sheffield primary pupils.
