As a central figure in the classroom, you will support both the lead teacher and the students to maintain a vibrant and effective learning environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Partnering with teachers to deliver lessons and coordinate classroom activities.

Applying proactive behavioural management to ensure the classroom remains orderly and productive.
Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to help them engage fully with the curriculum.
