Roles & Responsibilities

Subject leadership or coordination in a specific area.
Using data analysis to identify and close minor gaps.
Building exceptional rapport with a proactive parent body.
Preparing pupils for secondary school transitions.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
A track record of "Good" or "Outstanding" teaching practice.
Excellent organisational skills.
