Key Responsibilities:

Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- A commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Knowledge of specific educational programs or initiatives used in primary schools (e.g., phonics schemes).
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3).
