Experienced Support Worker - West Cumbria (High Pay Rates)**
Location: Whitehaven, Maryport, Egremont, and surrounding areas
Rate: £13.68 - £15.77 per hour + Sleep-in bonus

Randstad is currently partnering with Walsingham Support to find dedicated Support Workers in West Cumbria. We are looking for committed individuals to provide nursing and personal care for adults (under and over 65) with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments.

The Package & Pay:
Weekdays: £13.68 per hour
Weekends: £15.77 per hour
Sleep-ins: £64.98 per shift

Key Requirements (Essential): To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent UK experience in residential home services.
Commitment: Availability for a minimum of 36.5 hours (3 shifts) per week.
Right to Work: Unrestricted right to work in the UK. Please note: Due to the hours required, we cannot accept Skilled Worker or Student Visas. We do not offer sponsorship.
Documentation: An Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service.
Training: Valid mandatory training certificates + PMVA/Restraint training.
Transport: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred to work with some clients
Your Commitment: This role requires reliability. Candidates must prioritize booked shifts and strictly adhere to our 36-hour cancellation policy.
