Randstad is partnering with Walsingham Support to recruit dedicated Support Workers for their teams in Wigton and Longtown. Key Responsibilities:- Provide essential nursing and personal care to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes individual well-being and independence.
- Collaborate effectively with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently met.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience within UK residential care services is required.
- Candidates must reside in or have strong ties to the Wigton and Longtown areas.
- Possession of an enhanced Child & Adult DBS certificate registered with the update service is mandatory.
- Candidates must hold current mandatory training and PMVA/Restraint certification.
- Verifiable references covering the last 3 years of employment or academic history are necessary.
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK is essential, as visa sponsorship is not available.
- Availability for a minimum of 36.5 hours per week, typically structured as 3 shifts, is expected.
