As a support worker, you will assist with the daily living needs of our service users. We are looking for candidates who are flexible and can work a variety of shifts, including:
- Earlies: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Lates: 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM
- Long days: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Sleepovers: Some service users require overnight support, and we need candidates who are able to be fully flexible and available for these shifts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred, but not essential.
- A caring and empathetic nature.
- The ability to work flexibly, including early, late, and overnight shifts.
- For the female-only roles, an occupational requirement applies.
