As a Support Worker, you'll be a vital part of our clients' daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Supporting individuals with appointments and community activities.
- Promoting independence and well-being.
- Documenting care provided.
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Based in or around West Cumbria.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 36.5 hours per week (3 shifts).
- Holding an Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service, plus mandatory training and PMVA/Restraint certificates (PMVA desirable but not essential).
- Possess the unrestricted right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).
- Possess at least 6 months of UK care experience (in any setting like hospitals, community support, etc.).
- Flexible to travel up to 1 hour from home.
