Responsibilities- Ensure the safety and well-being of young people in our care, acting as a positive role model.
- Support home operations, including meal preparation, maintaining a clean environment, and encouraging educational engagement.
- Organize and participate in recreational activities to foster personal growth and skill development.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional care teams across different sites.
- Engage in continuous professional development, including a full induction and specialized Therapeutic Parenting training.
- Must possess a full, valid UK manual driving licence.
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- A patient, resilient, and nurturing professional approach.
- Desirable: One year of relevant experience and a Level 3 Diploma or SCQF Level 7 qualification in residential childcare.
