We are seeking Support Workers to join our dedicated team, providing one-to-one support for adults with learning disabilities and autism in purpose-built housing. You'll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment where individuals can thrive and live fulfilling lives.
Provide tailored one-to-one support for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and household tasks.
Encourage independence and help individuals develop essential life skills.
Promote community participation by supporting clients on shopping trips, walks, social outings, and other activities that enhance wellbeing and inclusion.
Deliver person-centred care with compassion, consistency, and respect, ensuring safety and improving overall quality of life.
Compassionate, patient, and understanding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others reach their full potential.
Minimum of 6 months UK experience in care, preferably with autism or learning disabilities
A supportive and friendly team environment.
