We are actively recruiting compassionate and dependable Support Workers to join dedicated day centre teams in the Dungannon area. In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality, individualised care to adults with learning, physical, and sensory disabilities - empowering them to build independence, boost their wellbeing, and engage fully with their community.
What's on Offer
- £12.75 per hour, paid weekly.
- 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday (9:00am - 3:30pm).

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior staff to provide seamless daily care customised to each individual's plan.
- Offer respectful, dignified help with personal care and daily living tasks.
- Facilitate engaging onsite activities, such as arts & crafts, music, drama, and gardening.
- Assist service users during local community visits, recreational trips, and when using public transport to foster social inclusion.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Active registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council.
- At least 12 months of paid care experience.
- Level 2 NVQ/Diploma/QCF/RCF in Health & Social Care OR 4 GCSEs at Grade C+ (including English & Maths).
- Excellent communication, patience, and a professional, caring attitude.
- Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting including an Enhanced Access NI check due to the nature of this work, this may include a Barred List check for both Children & Vulnerable Adults (depending on the role)
