You'll be working with adults with varying levels of disabilities and needs, helping them to live fulfilling and independent lives.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Person-centred care: Providing personalised, one-to-one support that respects each individual's unique needs and choices.
Assistance with daily living: Helping with tasks like meal preparation, household chores, and managing finances.
Personal care support: Providing dignified support with tasks such as washing, dressing, and hygiene.
Community engagement: Supporting individuals to get out and about, whether it's for social activities, hobbies, or appointments.
Promoting independence: Empowering individuals to develop new skills and achieve their personal goals.
