Rates of pay (PAYE)
- Days - £18.00 p/h
- Waking Night - £20.00 p/h
- Sleep in - £13.69 p/h

What We Need From You:
- You must have experience supporting children/young people in a residential setting
- Be confident using de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviours calmly.
- Flexible to work in various settings including within residential settings and community settings across the Portsmouth area.
- A driver's licence (with business insurance) is highly desired.
- Reliable, resilient, and observant nature
- Commitment to provide continuous support.
- Able to provide accurate reporting information while on shift.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
