We're looking for an Building Surveyor to join our team covering Eastleigh
About the Role
We're excited to be looking for a Surveyor to join our busy frontline team where you'll be based in Eastleigh.
About You
- You'll ensure our customers' wellbeing remains at the heart of everything we do and they continue to receive a service second to none - it's our priority that they're supported throughout their tenancy and their homes remain safe and managed to the highest standard.

- No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as you'll take ownership of surveying our properties within Eastleigh, Southampton and surrounding areas.
- You'll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with customers, sometimes managing difficult conversations, and using your excellent people skills to resolve any issues relating to their tenancy.
Qualifications:
- If you have relevant degree or HND/HNC level in Building Surveying or equivalent construction related qualification, we want to hear from you!
