Randstad is currently recruiting for experienced Social Work Assistants or Support Workers to support a family in Wrexham with structured contact sessions.
This role involves working directly with parents to support and guide them in caring appropriately for a baby and siblings. Candidates must be Parent Assessment trained, with the ability to model and teach safe parenting skills during supervised sessions.
Monday: 2:00pm - 5:30pm
2 hours with baby
1.5 hours with siblings
Tuesday: 2:00pm - 5:30pm
2 hours with baby
1.5 hours with siblings
Wednesday: 10:00am - 12:00pm
2 hours with baby
Supervised contact work with baby and siblings
Supporting and teaching parents safe care routines
Observing and recording interactions
Providing clear, professional feedback
Working within safeguarding and legislative frameworks
Dedicated consultant for ongoing support
Access to accredited training
Weekly payroll with competitive rates
