Are you a seasoned Systems Engineer with a passion for building robust productivity and identity solutions in a high-performance, fast-paced environment? We are seeking a self-starter to join the Enterprise Technology team at a leading algorithmic trading firm, where you'll be on the cutting edge of automation and high-speed computing.

In this role, you'll be integral to developing and maintaining the productivity tooling for the entire firm, working closely with the teams responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM), Productivity platforms, and cross-system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Develop tools and automations to support IT processes and other internal teams.
- Administer and ensure the smooth operation of key productivity tools, including Slack and Google Workspace.
- Design, implement, and maintain new integrations between the productivity platform and other internal systems. This includes managing user lifecycles in LDAP, integrating SSO and SCIM for new SaaS additions, and integrating asset management tooling.
- Manage employee lifecycle practices and automations.
- Document systems architecture, processes, and best practices.
- Break down complex projects, iterate on solutions, and communicate progress to a wide variety of leads and internal stakeholders.
Required experience
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or related disciplines
- Mandatory proficiency with Python, with experience implementing substantial tools or services using it highly preferred.
- Proficiency with the administration, integration, and API capabilities of SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian products, and Slack.
- Familiarity with Linux and comfort navigating the command line, including reading and interpreting application logs. Linux systems administration experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with authentication and provisioning methods like SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and non-standard API-based workflows. Experience with client-side SSO integrations in software applications is preferred.
- Familiarity with IaC and configuration management tools such as Terraform and SaltStack is a strong preference.
