Key Responsibilities:
Create and deliver dynamic lessons that inspire and engage students in technology and media.
Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that cater to a wide range of abilities and needs.
Build strong, positive relationships with students, fostering their confidence and trust.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment for every student.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback.
Contribute to the overall improvement and development of our growing school.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching Computer Science, Media & Film Studies, and/or IT.
Proven experience working effectively with students with special educational needs (SEN), including those with SEMH.
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
