Essential Requirements
... - QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Excellent knowledge of the D&T curriculum
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging D&T lessons across KS3-KS4
- Support students in developing creative, technical, and practical expertise
- Guide students through the design process: research, ideation, creation, evaluation
- Promote the safe use of tools, equipment, and machinery
- Use data to assess progress and adapt teaching strategies
- Create stimulating and safe learning environments
- Foster curiosity, risk-taking, and innovation in pupils
- Collaborate with colleagues in cross-curricular projects
- Work with technician(s) to ensure smooth lesson delivery
- Communicate effectively with parents/carers on pupil progress
