Responsibilities

• Build positive, trusting relationships to ensure students feel safe and engaged in learning.
• Foster independence and personal growth, maintaining high behavioural expectations.
• Develop and manage tailored, high-quality resources to meet individual or group needs.
• Support student's cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural, physical, and spiritual development.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to share relevant student information.
• Take responsibility for the progress and attainment of students in your classes.

Requirements

• PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification with ongoing professional development.
• Strong academic background and experience in ICT, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths.
• Excellent ICT skills, enthusiasm for technology, and ability to share knowledge.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Skilled at building supportive relationships with young people.
• Experience supporting diverse learning needs, including anxious or reluctant learners.
