Randstad Education is working closely with a specialist SEN School in Stoke-on-Trent to recruit a passionate and innovative ICT/STEM Teacher. This is your chance to deliver interactive, practical lessons that engage learners and foster a lifelong interest in tech and engineering.

Your Role
- Design and deliver creative ICT and STEM lessons tailored to individual learning profiles
- Promote curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration in the classroom
- Adapt your teaching approach to support EHCP goals and diverse communication styles
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning space
- Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and support teams
- Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and celebrate every achievement
- Contribute to students' emotional, social, and academic growth
What We're Looking For
- QTS, PGCE, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- A solid foundation in ICT, STEM, or related subject areas
- Experience working with SEND learners (particularly Autism and SEMH)
- Skilled in using digital tools and assistive technologies
- Patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive teaching
- Understanding of safeguarding, behaviour strategies, and child-centred approaches
