Pay: £13.68 - £14.00 per hour
Location: Conwy and surrounding areas of Wales.
You will be an essential part of the classroom, working alongside teachers to inspire pupils and help them reach their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact on children's lives in a nurturing environment.
Key Duties:
- Working 1:1 or with small groups to boost literacy, numeracy, and confidence.
- Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
- Providing vital support to pupils with additional learning needs (ALN).
- Helping to create a fun, safe, and encouraging atmosphere for all learners.
Skills & Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with children and a patient, positive nature.
- Excellent communication skills and a "team-player" attitude.
