We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Teaching Assistant to join our educational team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the teaching staff and contribute to the development of a structured and effective learning environment. Responsibilities- Assist lead educators in the daily preparation and delivery of curriculum materials.
- Provide individualised support to students to ensure they meet their academic goals.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and encouraging classroom environment.
- Supervise students during school activities and transitions, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Operate official transport as required, necessitating a valid driver's licence.
- Collaborate with faculty to develop and implement effective instructional strategies.
- Possession of a valid driver's licence.
- Relevant experience in education or a related field.
- Proven experience in supporting educational programs or working with students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining professional standards and student confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively within an established academic framework.
