Teaching Assistants- Liverpool
We're looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in Liverpool. If you're ready to support students and teachers, earning a competitive rate of £13.68 to £14.00 per hour, we want to hear from you.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be a vital part of the classroom, providing essential support to both the teacher and the students. You'll help create a positive and effective learning environment, assisting with everything from one-on-one support to preparing materials and helping manage classroom activities.
Pay Rate: £13.68 - £14.00 per hour.
We are looking for candidates across all of Liverpool's postcodes, including: L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6, L7, L8….L20, L21, L22, L23, L25….L35, L36. L37, L38, L39, L40 (L1 to L40). All areas in Liverpool!
Core Duties:
- Student Support: Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help.
- Classroom Assistance: Helping the teacher with daily tasks, including setting up and clearing away materials.
- Behaviour Management: Supporting the teacher in managing student behaviour and ensuring a calm learning environment.
- Lesson Preparation: Assisting with the creation and organisation of learning resources.
- Pastoral Care: Offering emotional support and helping to ensure the well-being of all students.
Skills & Qualifications Needed:
- Patience: The ability to remain calm and composed in all situations.
- Empathy: A genuine understanding and care for the needs of children.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
- Flexibility: The ability to adapt to different classroom needs and student personalities.
- Safeguarding Knowledge: An understanding of safeguarding and child protection is essential.
