Teaching Assistants Wanted - Sefton Schools - September Start

Are you a dedicated, positive, and proactive Teaching Assistant looking for a fresh opportunity this September? Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we're recruiting fantastic TAs across Sefton to join welcoming schools in Crosby, Southport, Maghull, Formby, and Bootle.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Supporting behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and positive routines.
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
Providing encouragement, praise, and motivation to pupils of all ages.
Building strong, trusting relationships with students and staff alike.

Who We're Looking For:

Teaching Assistants (Level 2 or 3 ideal, but not essential).
Experience in a school, nursery, childcare, or youth support setting.
Positive, patient, and committed individuals with strong communication skills.
Passionate about helping children and young people reach their full potential.
Flexible, reliable and ready to jump into a new classroom challenge!
