Teaching Assistant: Sefton
Pay: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in schools across all of the Sefton area, including Bootle, Crosby, Formby, and Southport. Your role will be to provide vital support to students and teachers, helping to create a nurturing and productive learning environment for all.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the learning and development of pupils.
- Supporting students with personal care needs where required.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe environment.
- Attending staff meetings and training sessions as needed.
- Liaising with parents and carers under the guidance of the teacher.
Necessary Skills:
- Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
- An understanding of different learning needs.
- Patience and a good sense of humour.
- The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- A commitment to student well-being and safeguarding.
