Requirements:

• Previous experience in a coaching, mentoring, youth-work or education setting.
• Strong verbal and written English to effectively support student learning.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a commitment to apply for one).
• Excellent punctuality and a commitment to the school's term-time schedule.

Duties:

• Assist subject teachers with general classroom management.
• Support small groups of students with their daily classwork.
• Help prepare learning materials and classroom displays.
• Provide a positive presence during hall duties and break times.
• Assist with administrative tasks to keep the school day running smoothly.
• Guide students through revision tasks during the exam season.
