A forward-thinking school in Crawley is looking to appoint a SEMH Teaching Assistant to support students who require additional emotional and behavioural guidance.
Key Duties:
Provide targeted 1:1 SEMH support
Assist with classroom integration and engagement
Support restorative and reflective behaviour strategies
Contribute to progress tracking and pupil development
Essential Skills:
Experience working with SEMH or SEND students
High level of empathy and professionalism
Ability to build rapport quickly
Strong organisational skills
