SEMH Teaching Assistant - Secondary School
£22k-£23k | Full-Time | 8:30am-4:15pm
This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant looking to build experience within SEMH education.
You will support secondary-aged learners who require additional emotional and behavioural support to access learning successfully.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering 1:1 targeted interventions
Supporting behaviour management strategies
Assisting in reintegration into mainstream education where appropriate
Encouraging personal growth and resilience
Candidates must be confident, patient, and consistent. Prior SEMH or behaviour support experience is preferred.
