Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant
Location: Horley
Salary: £22-23K
Hours: 08:30-4:15pm | Monday-Friday
We are recruiting a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to support secondary students with social, emotional and mental health needs in Horley.
You will work closely with teaching staff to ensure students are engaged, supported, and able to access the curriculum effectively.
Duties Include:
Supporting learners with behavioural and emotional challenges
Implementing structured behaviour plans
Encouraging positive social interactions
Assisting with classroom learning activities
Ideal candidates will have previous SEMH experience and a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice.
