What You'll Be Doing:
Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils
Supporting behavioural development and emotional wellbeing
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Reinforcing learning and adapting activities where required
Supporting pupils to develop independence
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting children (SEN experience advantageous)
Caring, patient and proactive mindset
Strong communication skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
Safeguarding is paramount. All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS clearance.
