A brand-new, specialist secondary school in Chaldon, Surrey, opened last September. We are looking for an intervention-focused Teaching Assistant who understands that "behaviour is communication." This is a unique opportunity to join a founding team and help shape the therapeutic environment for young people aged 11-16 with Autism, sensory processing needs, and emotional regulation challenges.

We want a practitioner who is as analytical as they are empathetic.
Academic Foundation: A degree in Psychology or a related field.
Relevant Experience: Prior experience as a TA or in a care setting, specifically working with neurodivergent individuals.
Mindset: A curiosity about why children behave the way they do and a resilience to support them through their most difficult moments.
