We are looking for a proactive SEMH Teaching Assistant to support secondary learners with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The Role:

1:1 and small group support
Behaviour management and emotional regulation
Supporting engagement in lessons
Working collaboratively with teaching staff

Experience in SEMH or challenging behaviour is highly desirable.

Please note: The setting has limited public transport access. Access to your own vehicle is strongly advised.
