Your Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom to access learning.
- Working 1:1 with children with additional needs or in small group interventions.
- Helping to prepare and maintain engaging classroom resources.
- Supporting behaviour, emotional well being, and positive routines.
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
- Providing encouragement, praise, and motivation to pupils of all ages.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with students and staff alike.
Who We're Looking For:
- Teaching Assistants (Level 2 or 3 ideal, but not essential).
- Experience in a school, nursery, childcare, or youth support setting.
- Positive, patient, and committed individuals with strong communication skills.
- Passionate about helping children and young people reach their full potential.
- Flexible, reliable and ready to jump into a new classroom challenge.
