We are recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant who can confidently support positive behaviour, emotional regulation and structured learning within a specialist environment.

Your role will include:

Monitoring and reporting on pupil behaviour and engagement
Supporting concentration and de-escalating behavioural challenges
Promoting independence and high behavioural expectations
Supporting teachers with differentiated learning activities
Preparing learning materials and resources

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a school or SEN setting
Resilient, calm and adaptable personality
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
