The Role: Making Every Child Shine
This larger-than-life specialist Nursery and Primary day school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their award-winning team. This OFSTED Outstanding setting proudly supports over 120 children from the age of 3 with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties, including children with Autism.
Every student enjoys a catered curriculum that builds confidence, self-esteem, social skills, and education in a safe and enriching learning environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Supporting in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and educational activities.
Supporting learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group, and whole-class basis.
This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday.

Requirements: Your Essential Qualities
We are looking for individuals who are committed to treating every child with dignity and respect.
Relevant SEN experience (personal or work experience) is essential.
Experience (voluntary or paid) working with children and young adults.
GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
