As a Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate with the class teacher to support students' learning and growth. You will be instrumental in helping children reach their full potential by offering both one-on-one and group support. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher in delivering lessons, helping students engage with the curriculum
• Work closely with students who need extra help
• Help students build confidence, independence, and a love for learning, motivating them to reach their personal goals
• Support the teacher in assessing and tracking student progress
• Communicate the child's progress with parents, teacher and the staff
• Follow school's safeguarding policies and procedures
