Are you a proactive, nurturing, and reliable individual looking for a rewarding role in education? Whether you are seeking the ultimate flexibility of day-to-day supply or the consistency and stability of a long-term placement, we have opportunities to suit your lifestyle.
We are recruiting dedicated Teaching Assistants for daily and long-term roles at a variety of primary and secondary schools across Cambridge and the surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for experienced TA's, university students looking for flexible income, or individuals with a background in childcare, support work, sports coaching, or youth mentoring who want to gain structured classroom experience.
Choose the Path that Suits You:
Day-to-Day Supply: Take absolute control of your schedule. Choose exactly which days you want to work to perfectly fit around your personal commitments, family life, or studies. It is a fantastic way to experience different local schools with zero takeaway work.
Long-Term Placements: Enjoy the stability of working within a consistent school, department, or class team for a term or a full academic year. Get to know the pupils' routines, support their ongoing academic progress, and become a valued part of the school community.
What We Are Looking For:
Previous experience working with children or young people (in a school, nursery, youth club, coaching, or similar setting).
A patient, enthusiastic personality with the ability to quickly build a safe, positive rapport with students.
Strong literacy and numeracy skills to confidently support pupils with their reading, writing, maths, or secondary subject curricula.
An adaptable and proactive mindset-someone ready to jump into different classrooms and support the class teacher effectively.
A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for one).
What Is in it for You?
Competitive daily rates of pay, paid weekly into your account.
The ultimate work-life balance, with zero planning, marking, or weekend commitments.
A dedicated local consultant with excellent knowledge of the Cambridgeshire education market.
A brilliant opportunity to trial different local schools, which can lead to permanent positions if that is your ultimate goal.
Ready to support and inspire learners on your own terms?
Take control of your working week today.

We are strictly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All candidates will be required to undergo comprehensive vetting, reference checks, and an enhanced DBS disclosure.
