Are you a psychology, education, or health graduate (or current student) looking to gain practical, hands-on experience with children who have special educational needs? This role is an ideal stepping stone into teaching, clinical psychology, speech therapy, occupational therapy, or social work.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and emotionally intelligent SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school that combines education, care, and therapeutic support. You'll work closely with students who have complex learning difficulties and play a meaningful role in their development.

Support students aged 5-19 with diverse needs including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.
Help deliver personalised education plans (IEPs) and develop tailored learning strategies.
Work 1:1 and in small groups, building trust and encouraging progress at each child's pace.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment that supports wellbeing and growth.
