- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning, providing targeted support in literacy and numeracy.
- Assist in preparing the classroom environment and learning resources.
- Help manage classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Observe and record pupil progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
- Supervise students during non-classroom time, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), implementing individual support plans.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
We are looking for someone who:

- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Has previous experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable).
- Holds relevant qualifications or experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable).
