The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher and pupils across various subjects. Your day will be varied and engaging, offering plenty of scope to build strong relationships with the children and contribute to their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing invaluable support to pupils with their learning, both individually and in small groups.
Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation, classroom management, and creating an optimal learning atmosphere.
Helping to cultivate a stimulating and well-organised learning environment for all children.
Supervising pupils during break times and school activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
Contributing positively to the overall well-being and development of the pupils.
What We're Looking For:
Our client is seeking someone who is nurturing, patient, and genuinely passionate about supporting children's development. If you are an empathetic individual with a proactive approach and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! SEN experience is desirable.
Position Details:
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (term-time only)
Location: A well-regarded Primary School in Horley
Convenience: Onsite parking available for all staff!
