Your Role in Our Team
As a Year 6 Learning Support Assistant, you'll be instrumental in shaping a positive and engaging learning experience for every pupil. You'll:
Collaborate with Teachers: Work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons and provide targeted support in the Year 6 classroom.
Champion Our Pupils: Provide individualised support, helping pupils with their academic progress, social interactions, emotional well-being, and personal development as they prepare for secondary school.
