Our innovative provision is designed for young people who are moving from mainstream education to benefit from smaller classes, adapted learning, and a focus on sensory and emotional wellbeing.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something new and impactful from the very beginning.

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be at the heart of everything we do. You'll:

• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to support personalised learning for each student.

• Help deliver therapeutic strategies and classroom interventions in line with our integrated therapy model.

• Build strong, supportive relationships with students, focusing on their wellbeing and development.

• Participate in enrichment activities such as outdoor learning, swimming, sports, visits, and community projects.

• Communicate regularly with parents and professionals to ensure consistent, joined-up support.
