How you'll make a difference:
As one of our first Teaching Assistants, you will be the cornerstone of our students' daily experience. You'll build trust, celebrate their unique talents, and create a safe, joyful environment where they feel secure enough to learn and grow. Working closely with our teachers, you'll bring a rich and varied curriculum to life.
What you'll bring to our family:

- A natural ability to connect with and inspire young people.
- Essential: GCSEs in Maths and English (Level 2/C or above).
- Ideally: Experience with SEN/SEMH/ASD and a strong understanding of safeguarding.
