We're seeking a caring and reliable 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child in their learning journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a real difference on an individual level.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work one-to-one with a child, supporting both academic and personal development
- Implement learning plans set by the class teacher or SENCO
- Assist with daily routines and provide emotional and social support
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, ideally in early years or primary settings
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience
- Enhanced DBS (preferably on the update service)
- Reliable, compassionate, and proactive approach
