Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and a desire to make a difference? Randstad Education is seeking motivated and dedicated graduates to fill multiple Teaching Assistant positions at a dynamic secondary school in Romford.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable classroom experience in a supportive environment. The roles are full-time and long-term, offering a fantastic pathway into a potential permanent position at the school. You will be working alongside experienced teachers, supporting student's academic and personal development across various subjects and year groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide academic support to students on a one-to-one or small group basis.
Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and delivery.
Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere.
Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with SEN.
Requirements:
Recent graduate with a strong academic background.
A genuine interest in a career in education.
Must be available to start immediately and work full-time.
A positive, proactive, and patient attitude.
An Enhanced DBS check is required. Randstad Education will provide full support with the application process.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay Rate: £90 per day, increasing to £107 per day after 12 weeks as per the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR).
Support: Full support with the Enhanced DBS application process.
Refer a friend: £350 in vouchers subject to T&Cs.
